Rising 3L Alaura Valley knew she wanted to be a lawyer at an early age. The daughter of an entrepreneur and small-business owner, Alaura experienced firsthand the behind-the-scenes work of running a business — and the importance of the people who power those efforts.

While she didn't know it at the time, those experiences would put her on the path to law school.

Alaura's experience at ºìÌÒÊÓƵ affirmed her passion for working with businesses. And when she found the opportunity to intern over the summer in transactional work for Karr Tuttle Campbell — a midsize Seattle law firm she connected with as part of ºìÌÒÊÓƵ's on-campus interview process — she jumped at the chance.
