61st Annual Estate Planning Seminar

The Seattle Estate Planning Council and UW School of Law present the 61st Annual Estate Planning Seminar, Nov. 7 – 8. Held at the Washington State Convention Center, the program includes presentations by regionally and nationally recognized experts in estate planning designed to update attendees on current legislation, court rulings and trends. With more than 860 professionals from over a half-dozen states in attendance this year, the seminar is the second largest conference for estate planning professionals in the United States.Â
The event attracts high-caliber, nationally prominent speakers in the field to share their knowledge with members of the profession. Karen Boxx, UW School of Law professor, will speak Tuesday on issues in professional ethics.Â
The program is approved for 14.50 CLE credits (13.50 Law & Legal Procedure; 2.00 Ethics; 1.00 Office Management) for Washington attorneys, and includes a variety of accreditation options for CPAs, Certified Financial Planners, Professional Guardians, and Certified Bankers.
