Craig Gannett is a partner in the Seattle office of Davis Wright Tremaine, where he focuses his practice in the fields of energy and climate change. He advises clients on a broad range of regulatory matters, including those relating to electric utilities, hydroelectric dams, solar project development and federal, state and private sector efforts to decarbonize the electricity system. As a former Senior Counsel to the U.S. Senate Committee on Energy & Natural Resources, he advises with respect to the Federal Power Act, the Clean Water Act and the National Environmental Policy Act, as well as EPA climate change regulations under the Clean Air Act. Craig also serves as the President of the Henry M. Jackson Foundation, which focuses on the intersection of climate change and national security.
