Biography
Johanna Mora is a Ph.D. candidate at the ºìÌÒÊÓƵ, advised by Professor Anita Ramasastry. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a master's in Justice and Protection of Rights (MaestrÃa en Justicia y Protección de los Derechos) from Universidad Externado de Colombia, as well as a Sustainable International Development LL.M. from University of Washington. She was a 2020–2021 Barer Fellow and has served as a law clerk and a judge in Colombia and as a lecturer in both Colombia and the United States. Her research interest is in human rights, corporate accountability and judicial systems.
Johanna's dissertation concerns the participation of businesses in transitional justice systems.
